Her career has been rooted in advocacy, compassion, inclusion, and meaningful impact — with a strong focus on supporting individuals with special needs and their families.
Throughout her professional journey, Caroline has worked to empower individuals, expand access to resources, strengthen support systems, and create inclusive environments where people of all abilities have the opportunity to participate, grow, and thrive. Her experience spans program development, client support, community engagement, nonprofit leadership, and family-centered services.
At Limitless Excursions, Caroline brings both strategic leadership and a heart-centered approach — building a trusted organization where participants, families, caregivers, and community partners feel supported, respected, and confident. Her leadership helps ensure that every experience is thoughtfully planned, accessible, safe, and designed to help individuals move from “I can’t” to “I can.”
Christina Calise
Director of Program Coordination and Compliance for Limitless Excursions, bringing more than 13 years of experience in the nonprofit human services field. Since 2012, she has supported individuals with diverse developmental and behavioral support needs across a variety of roles, including Direct Support Professional, Program Coordinator, Residential Manager, and Day Program leadership positions.
Throughout her career, Christina has been recognized for her strong organizational skills, compassionate approach, and ability to manage complex daily operations with professionalism and care. Her experience includes coordinating schedules and follow-ups, overseeing documentation compliance, supporting staff accountability, and helping maintain safe, balanced, and person-centered program environments.
At Limitless Excursions, Christina plays an important role in strengthening program coordination, compliance processes, participant support, and operational consistency. Her attention to detail helps ensure that activities and experiences are well-organized, properly documented, and aligned with the organization’s commitment to safety, dignity, inclusion, and high-quality service.
Known for her calm leadership style and thoughtful approach, Christina is passionate about creating structured, supportive environments where individuals can thrive and staff teams remain organized, efficient, and focused on each participant’s needs.
